Royals Pets provides professional pet grooming services, including but not limited to bathing, haircutting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding treatments. Services are available at our premises or via mobile grooming (where available).

2. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or authorized partner apps.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in appointment rescheduling.

3. Health and Safety
- Owners must disclose any known medical or behavioral conditions of their pet before services begin.
- Royals Pets reserves the right to refuse service to aggressive or severely ill pets.
- Vaccinations must be up to date. Proof of vaccination may be required prior to appointment.

4. Grooming Risks
- While we take utmost care, grooming may expose hidden medical conditions or cause minor nicks or irritation, especially in matted pets.
- The client agrees not to hold Royals Pets liable for any conditions or reactions arising during or after grooming.

5. Pricing
- All prices are subject to change and may vary depending on the size, breed, and condition of your pet.
- Additional charges may apply for de-matting, flea treatment, or special handling requirements.

6. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods listed on our website.

7. Photography
- With client consent, Royals Pets may photograph pets before and after grooming for promotional purposes on social media and our website.

8. Liability
- While our groomers are trained professionals, Royals Pets is not liable for any injury, loss, or death that may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances or pre-existing conditions.

9. User Conduct on Website
- You agree not to misuse the website by attempting unauthorized access, spreading malware, or submitting false information.

10. Changes to Terms
- Royals Pets reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
